In this time, I also want to represent to you about the architectural perspective for the lease with loft .
In japan, the leases (2F & above) are with the loft commonly.
I have never been create the loft before.
Now, I found the way to create.

以前も何回かパースのご紹介したと思いますが、今回はロフト付き賃貸用のパースに関してのご紹介させて頂きます。
内装パース専用のアプリケーションでロフト用の昨日が別にありませんでしたので、自分で構成してみました。
パースは下記になります。

How about it?
We made a little different of accent wall in that apartment.
You can choose your favorite color of accent wall.
But please be careful it will be first come, first served.
If you want to live alone or room share, it is wide enough for you.
We are welcome for the new residents.

まだ、現在工事中でして、入居者募集のため作った内観パースになります。
アクセント壁はパースに入れていません。
建物が完成してからのお楽しみになります。
もし、ご興味があれば連絡いただければと思います。
部屋ごとにちょっとだけ遊んだアクセントあります。
自分の好みのアクセントの部屋選べるんですが、早い物勝ちなのでもご注意くださいませ。
