今回は使わなくなったガレージに提案した賃貸用改修工事プランをご紹介させて頂きます。
一回目提案ロゴハウスのプランに関しては以前のブログにご紹介させて頂きました。

In this time, I want to represent to you about the plan of the garage.

ログハウス（Log House）
事務所予定してたところを賃貸住宅分に使用することに決まりまして、プラン変更になりました。
変更になったプランは下記になります。

細長い建物の中水廻りとLDKなどを作り一人暮らしまたはカップル向けの賃貸としての提案をさせていただきました。
この提案で工事進めまして、現在工事中で、募集中でもあります。
※田園調布駅から近いですし、部屋は広く、設備全部新品でもあります。

内装はこんな感じで仕上げる予定です。
The place is a little narrow and long, but we planed there to rent one or two people.
This plan is almost start construction and recruitment now.
