I邸　現調（A field survey to the customer house & the invitation of renovation event at Takara Standard Showroom)

It’s JU JU.

Our company do renovation event twice or thrice a year!

On May 25, we will do renovation consultation fair and the outlet sales of Takara’s goods:kitchen, modular bathroom, etc. at Takara Standard Ooda Showroom.

If you have time, please visit to our event, I will guide and explain to you about the renovation and also the goods from the Takara Standard.

As you know, I am a designer.

So that I have to visit to the customers’ home for doing field survey , do hearing the customer’ request about the renovation and discussion with the customer.

And then I have to think and draw the plan, then I do discussion with the employer and product maker for the estimate.

After getting a permission from senior, i will prepare the presentation of my design to the customer.

When the customer do satisfy with the plan and the money amount, we will do contract and decide the date of renovation.

Finally the renovation start.

In this time, I want to represent to you about a visit to the customer’s home, who wants to reform the bath room.

今月（5月）25日にタカラショールームでリフォーム相談会と展示品処分セールを行います。

今月から始まる田園調布I邸の現調の紹介させていただきます。

既存は在来お風呂で、浴槽はW1600の物です。

下記の写真は現調の時の写真です。

既存洗面(present wash stand)

既存トイレ (present toilet)

既存の在来お風呂 (present bath-tub side)

洗い場側 (present washing places in the bath-room)

白のタイル張りの在来お風呂なので、あまり色変えると変になる恐れと、同じ白でも何種類かありまして、同じ白になるとは限りません。

洗面とお風呂の間はガラスの扉とH1100ぐらいのフィックスサッシもありますので、タイル提案する時に悩みに悩みました。

The color of the present bath-room’s tile is white and there is glass fix window and the big glass door between the powder room and the bath-room.

So that, it is difficult to choose the tile.

Then, we will plan the bath-room and choose the tile also.

要望は鋳物W1800の浴槽（追い焚き付）、シャワーヘット水栓などです。

プランは次回に紹介したいと思います。

The big bath-tub(W1800) with reheating device, the over-head shower and the tile will be the request of the customer.
