Y邸 リフォーム工事-2（Mr.Y’s renovation-2)
Hello! It’s me, JU JU.
It’s a long time(about 2months) to write a blog, again.
How is everything? In Japan, it is the cherry blossom’s season. When you visit to Japan, U can feel and see the cherry blossom.
But in this season, sometimes it’s raining and so cold. So, that please take care of your health.
In this time, I want to continue my last blog.
I think i almost introduced to you about ‘The foundation of the light gauge steel and the method of direct laying floor structure’.
After this stage, we will do the plaster board on the light gauge like a sandwich.
If there is someplace that become hollow on the wall, we will put modular bathroom.
Previously, the modular bathroom size is W1160x D1660 and there is dead space between the wall and the modular bathroom.
We don’t want dead space between wall and bathroom.
That is why we chose TAKARA STANDARD manufacturer and put W1280xD1680 of modular bathroom.

ジュジュです。お久しぶりにブログ書きました。
前回紹介したY邸リフォーム工事の引継ぎを紹介したいと思います。
軽量鉄骨で下地込んだら, ユニットバスを設置します。
元は1116のサイズ（W1160ｘD1660）のユニットバスを一個上の1216のサイズ（W1280ｘD1680）のサイズの物に変えて設置しました。
無駄なデッドスペースをなくし、できるだけ少しでも広く使わせたいと思いまして、今回はタカラスタンダードの商品（伸びの美容室）を選びました。
Then,we refill the concrete to make flatly to the new plaster board.
That will be the preparation to paste the wallpaper on the wall.
その後、へこんでいる壁やはりをふかし、出っ張りの壁や梁などを削って、新しく貼るボードと平にします。
壁紙の仕上げを綺麗にするためです。
それから壁紙を貼ります。
After that, we will put up wall paper on it.
The wallpaper expect the toilet’s will be my recommendation and also the floor sheet.
Just because i wanna give allegiance design to the customer,
How about my choice?
それから設備器具、建具取付です。
Then, we will put the equipment (facility like kitchen, toilet,etc).
最後に照明、棚の設置などで完成です。
Finally we put lightening and shelf.
